Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $250.00 within a 30 mile radius of Carmel, IN. For galleries or design trade orders please contact info@betsybecherart.com for available options.

Local deliveries are made from 9 am - 5 pm Monday- Friday. We will contact you via e-mail with the address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. For international shipping inquiries please contact info@betsybecherart.com

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@betsybecherart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
